Strategic Exit Advisors Helps Sell Precision Solutions, Inc.
November 23, 2021 – Strategic Exit Advisors (SEA) is proud to announce the successful sale of Precision Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of calibration products and services, to Applied Technical Services (“ATS”), a national leader in calibration, engineering, testing and inspection services and a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners.
Precision has an outstanding tradition of establishing trust in performing calibrations and providing products and integrated solutions that facilitate their customers’ most vital operations.
