SEA Welcomes Summer Analysts Jane Hohenleitner and Cassie Kempinski
Strategic Exit Advisors (SEA), a premier lower middle market investment bank headquartered in Ambler, PA, is pleased to announce that Jane Hohenleitner and Cassie Kempinski
have joined the firm as Investment Banking Summer Analysts. In these roles, both will support transaction execution and contribute to SEA's mission of helping entrepreneurs achieve successful exits.
This addition marks another successful year for SEA's summer analyst program, which the firm launched in 2016 to cultivate emerging finance talent and integrate students into the real work of lower middle market M&A.
Jane Hohenleitner: Accounting, Finance, and a Passion for Education
A rising junior at the University of Richmond, Jane studies Accounting and Finance with a minor in Spanish. She brings a diverse background that reflects both analytical rigor and community commitment. On campus, she is actively involved in the Finance Society and club running, while also volunteering as a tutor at a local Richmond elementary school.
Before joining SEA, Jane gained exposure to the personal side of finance during a summer with Blue Bell Private Wealth Management. Most recently, she spent a month volunteering in Guatemala teaching English, deepening her passion for expanding educational resources in developing areas. She also worked as a beach lifeguard in Avalon, NJ, where she developed a strong appreciation for teamwork and efficiency—qualities she has already observed in SEA's team culture.

Outside of work, Jane enjoys running at the Wissahickon trail while listening to every genre of music, and spending time with her family and friends at the beach. She is excited for a summer full of learning and grateful for the opportunity to work with such hardworking entrepreneurs.
Cassie Kempinski: Economics, Leadership, and Community Impact
A rising junior at the University of Pennsylvania, Cassie is majoring in Economics and minoring in American Public Policy. She brings strong leadership experience and a demonstrated commitment to community service. At Penn, she is actively involved in Wharton Women, where she helps facilitate the career development of fellow female students. She also serves as Director of Facility Operations for Delta Delta Delta's Psi Chapter, managing budgeting, resident operations, and capital improvement initiatives.

Prior to joining SEA, Cassie worked for two entrepreneur-owned small businesses in the retail sector, gaining firsthand exposure to business operations and entrepreneurship. She also held a senior leadership role with MiniTHON, where she helped raise over $40,000 for Penn State Health Children's Hospital. Additionally, she interned at a domestic violence awareness organization, demonstrating her commitment to meaningful social impact.
Outside of work, Cassie enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with her dog, Pocono. She brings a collaborative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to the SEA team.
Leadership Perspective
"We could not be more excited to welcome Jane and Cassie to SEA," said SEA Managing Director Curt Cyliax. "Since launching our summer analyst program in 2016, we've been committed to investing in the next generation of M&A talent, and that commitment has become core to who we are. Jane and Cassie bring exactly the curiosity, work ethic, and entrepreneurial mindset that define our team, and we're thrilled to continue building on a program that has meant so much to our firm."
Both Jane and Cassie demonstrate the analytical capabilities, community engagement, and entrepreneurial perspective that align with SEA's mission to guide entrepreneurs through the biggest deals of their lives.
