Strategic Exit Advisors Welcomes Alaina Mediratta as Investment Banking Analyst
Strategic Exit Advisors (SEA), a premier lower middle market investment bank headquartered in Ambler, PA, is pleased to announce that Alaina Mediratta has joined the firm as an Investment Banking Analyst. In this role, Alaina will support transaction execution and contribute to SEA's mission of helping entrepreneurs achieve successful exits.
Alaina brings valuable experience from Goldman Sachs, where she served as a Financial Analyst supporting the Alternative Capital Markets team. During her time there, she developed expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and executive-level reporting—skills that translate directly to the rigorous analysis required in lower middle market M&A transactions.
Alaina earned her degree in Finance, with a minor in Accounting, from Drexel University. She is known for her focus, organization, and commitment to delivering thoughtful work. Her disciplined approach and attention to detail allow her to thrive in collaborative environments where complex problems are addressed with clarity and precision.

Outside of work, Alaina enjoys running, Pilates, and staying active. She currently resides in Moorestown with her Maltese, Buddy.
