Strategic Exit Advisors Continues Growth with Addition of an Associate
Strategic Exit Advisors is pleased to announce that Peter Hissey has joined the firm as an Associate.
Hissey says, “I am excited to be joining the impressive team at SEA. From my time here as a summer intern in 2018, I learned the value that SEA brings to their clients as well as to the community. I share their mission of helping entrepreneurs get the best deal for their lifetime of work. I also thrive in entrepreneurial environments and was really blown away by SEA’s Pay it Forward program that helps charitable organizations. I’m excited to start contributing to the firm’s success, serving both entrepreneurs and the community.”

ABOUT PETER HISSEY
Hissey, a former SEA Summer Intern, has been working in the Investment Banking industry for the last 2 and a half years. Prior to joining SEA, he worked in the Investment Banking Public Finance Group for Bank of America Merrill Lynch. At Merrill Lynch, he helped price, structure, and execute municipal bond transactions as a part of the #1 ranked underwriter on Wall Street. Hissey worked on multiple senior-managed transactions with an aggregate value of approximately $7 billion for clients in the Atlantic Region and Puerto Rico. These clients included the City of Philadelphia, Philadelphia School District, State of Maryland, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the Delaware Valley Regional Finance Authority.
In 2008, Hissey was selected in the 4th round of the MLB First-Year Player’s Draft by the Boston Red Sox out of high school and played seven years in their organization, making it up to the AAA level. After his playing career ended, he attended the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated with Suma Cum Laude as well as Beta Gamma Sigma Honors with a concentration in Finance.
Hissey resides in South Philadelphia with his wife and two young children. He is active in his local church and serves on the Board of an anti-human trafficking foundation in Ecuador called Casa Dunamis International.
