SEA’s “Pay It Forward” Program and Association Headquarters Support JPMA Cares

Ambler, PA – Strategic Exit Advisors (SEA) along with Association Headquarter’s principals Bob Waller and Mike Dwyer are proud to announce a charitable donation to JPMA Cares as part of SEA’s Pay It Forward program. This donation follows SEA’s role as exclusive advisor to Association Headquarters (AH) in its successful recapitalization with Corridor Capital.

“The Pay It Forward initiative exemplifies the kind of values-driven business practices that resonate deeply with us at AH,” remarked AH’s Owner Bob Waller. SEA’s commitment to giving back aligns perfectly with our own ethos of community support. This donation to JPMA Cares not only celebrates our successful recapitalization but also reinforces the importance of corporate social responsibility. It’s heartening to see how our business milestone can translate into tangible support for such a worthy cause.”

“We are honored to support JPMA Cares through our Pay It Forward program,” said Rob Waring. “This initiative allows us to extend the positive impact of our work beyond the business realm and into the communities our clients care about deeply.”

The Pay It Forward program, launched in January 2020, embodies SEA’s commitment to supporting community endeavors that matter to their clients. Inspired by a family-operated business client’s annual $100,000 donation to programs worldwide, SEA recognized an opportunity to make a positive impact beyond their advisory services.

The recapitalization of Association Headquarters with Corridor Capital marks Corridor’s entry into the Association Management services sector as its seventh platform investment in its current fund. This strategic collaboration aims to enhance AH’s services, explore acquisitions, and solidify its market position.

SEA’s Pay it Forward program gives back to charities that are important to our clients. It continues to be overwhelmingly received by our entrepreneur clients who generously donate their own time and money to both global and community charities. By Paying it Forward, we hope to play a small part in making the world a better place.
