SEA Welcomes Analyst Valeriya Moroz Through Co-op Partnership with Drexel University
The Strategic Exit Advisors (SEA) team is pleased to announce that Valeriya Moroz, through Drexel University’s co-op program, has joined the firm as an Investment Banking Analyst.
Valeriya Moroz is pursuing a major in Finance with a double major in International Business at Drexel University’s Lebow College of Business. Valeriya also obtained her Real Estate License, reflecting her interest in different financial sectors and understanding diverse asset classes.
Prior to joining Strategic Exit Advisors, Valeriya gained valuable experience as a Tax Accountant at Leaf Commercial Capital, where she completed property tax returns and managed client billing for equipment leasing. Prior to being a Tax Accountant, she held a position at Kroll Bond Rating Agency as a CMBS Subscription Analyst, where she would update and process reports for clients who were interested in commercial mortgage-backed securities. She continued to work at Kroll part- time as she was pursuing her degree full time.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants, staying active, and spending quality time with her family, friends and dog.
SEA’s
partnership with Drexel University was in part inspired by
Curt Cyliax, a Drexel graduate and former co-op student. SEA’s goal as a partner in this program is to provide the co-op with real work experience by integrating participants into live deals and prospect outreach. The Drexel co-op experience empowers students to succeed, allowing them to graduate with up to eighteen months of full-time experience in a professional environment.
At SEA, we recognize that meaningful work can extend well beyond the traditional boardroom or balance sheet and we are committed to helping future business leaders succeed. As partners in Drexel University’s co-op program, SEA ensures a learning environment that fully integrates the co-op analyst as a team member. We’re thankful for our seven excellent co-ops we’ve had to date and look forward to the future of the program!
