Strategic Exit Advisors (“SEA”) today announced that its client, Primetac Corporation (“Primetac”, or the “Company”) has been acquired by Akoya Capital Partners, LLC (“Akoya”) and Tecum Capital Partners (“Tecum”) in partnership with the founders and management team. SEA acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Primetac.
