SEA Represents OSI in Strategic Partnership with Sciens
Ambler, PA, June 26, 2024 Strategic Exit Advisors (SEA) is pleased to announce that New Jersey-based Open Systems Integrators (OSI) has entered a strategic partnership with Sciens Building Solutions (“Sciens”), joining its growing nationwide portfolio of companies. Sciens expands its northeastern presence with this acquisition, bringing its total to 12 locations in the region. This addition complements existing sites such as Absolute Protective Systems in Piscataway, New Jersey, which became part of the company in 2021.
For over two decades, OSI has built a strong reputation across New Jersey, delivering top-tier customer service and industry-leading products. OSI specializes in crafting integrated solutions tailored to the unique needs of educational institutions, healthcare facilities, government agencies, and commercial enterprises.
